We exist so cross-border sellers stop stitching together suppliers and start shipping like a company twice their size.
Most sellers hit the same wall: orders grow, but logistics is still run across WeChat groups and mismatched spreadsheets. One missed inbound and an FBA shipment sits in limbo. Intel Valley is the operational backbone that fixes that — without you building a warehouse.

Real results from real stores.
Intel Valley cut our FBA prep time by 60%. We used to dread restock season — now it’s just another week. The compliance pass rate went from roughly 80% to 99% within two shipments.
We run on Shopify with buyers in 40+ countries. The parcel integration was live in a day and the tracking rate is miles above what our old agent gave us. Returns handling is clean too.
We needed bonded storage while we figured out our next channel split. Intel Valley gave us space with no long-term commitment and a team that actually answered WeChat messages.
Common questions.
What's the minimum volume to work with Intel Valley?
No hard minimum. Sellers shipping a few hundred parcels a month work alongside ones moving tens of thousands of units — the pricing and SLA just differ. We quote based on your actual volume and adjust as you grow.
How does Amazon FBA prep compliance work?
We follow Amazon’s current requirements for labeling, poly-bagging, suffocation warnings, and carton dimensions for all destination FCs (US, EU, UK). Our compliance rate is 99.2% first-pass. If Amazon updates its specs, we update our workflows — you don’t need to track that yourself.
Which shipping carriers and lanes do you use for small parcel?
We work with 15+ carrier partners including registered airmail, ePacket, DHL eCommerce, and express options. The lane recommendation depends on your destination market, parcel weight, and delivery speed requirement. We show you options with real transit-time data when we quote.
Can I use Intel Valley just for warehousing without shipping?
Yes. Bonded storage with inbound and outbound handling is available standalone. Some clients use us as a China buffer stock location and handle their own final-mile through another provider. We invoice separately for storage and handling — no forced bundling.
How long does onboarding take?
Most sellers are ready to ship within 5 business days of signing. That covers connecting your store, setting up SKU mapping, doing a test inbound, and confirming your first outbound lane. Your account manager walks you through each step.

We'll show you what changes.
